Andrea

Andrea is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with more than 25 years of experience working with senior executives, teams and high-potential individuals.  Andrea specializes in working with leaders to improve their self-awareness and to develop skills needed for career progression, organizational achievement and overall business success.  She recognizes that change is constant and provides coaching and guidance to develop stronger adaptive leadership in today’s rapidly changing environment.

Andrea has worked in Fortune 100/500 companies such as Novartis, American Express and ADP.  She also has experience in small to midsize organizations growing from entrepreneurial start up to a maturing organization; Demant, Veeco and AHM.  This gives her a diverse perspective of assessing where leaders are in how they manage, communicate and drive the business.  Experience with both American and European headquartered organizations also offers cultural awareness and sensitivity in leading across borders.

In her experience she has also led large scale change projects including systems implementations, global talent and performance process redesign, department turnarounds, acquisitions, and numerous organization restructures.

She takes a business-oriented approach in developing leaders and their teams with the longer-term impact on how their behavior impacts people and business performance. She sees leader communication and engagement with others as a key to drive followership and that strong teams can accomplish the unimaginable.

She holds a Master's degree from Rutgers University in Human Resources Management and undergraduate degree from Lycoming College in Communications and Marketing. Certified in Insights, Change Excellence and LHH Coaching.

Andrea is very active and enjoys hiking, tennis and golf. She loves riding her American Saddlebred horses.
